I have 2 stores with shopify but today I have been unable to reach the live support. When the system asks me if I want to talk to a support advisor, the system keeps looping with the same message “Enter the queue to chat with a support advisor” when I press enter. It does not connect me to anybody. I tried to email support@shopify.com and the reply was “no ticket has been created” as Shopify no longer accepts incoming messages. So I am wondering what is going on with Shopify support. How do I talk to a support advisor as I used to do before or are we only talking to robots?

I need to talk to a support advisor and I cannot. Before the system would ask you what’s the problem and you would get AI replies and eventually transfer you to live support. But now, it gives you that message “Enter the queue to chat with a support advisor” and when you press enter it keeps giving you the same message.
The same thing is happening to me. It’s super frustrating
Try to log out and log in again. I did and it worked.
