No Showup dispute, but refunded

My store has been using Shopify Payments since July, and we’ve been receiving chargebacks one after another, even though the goods were delivered. However, there was no dispute notification or reminder to submit evidence—nothing appeared in the system or even in our email. I’d like to ask if anyone else has experienced a similar situation.

Normally, Shopify sends dispute alerts by email and shows them under each order. If you’re not seeing anything:

Check spam/junk folders

Confirm your Shopify email and notifications settings

Make sure your account has full permissions

If everything checks out, this could be a system issue—I recommend contacting Shopify Support with specific order IDs.

To help prevent future chargebacks, always upload tracking details, use fraud apps like NoFraud, and consider signature confirmation for deliveries.
