I’m currently using a custom theme from Etsy (and I do have the theme licensed). However, I can’t seem to find the “Add theme file” option in my Shopify store. I’ve created many Shopify stores before, and I’m aware that this button is usually located in the theme library. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? If so, could someone provide a solution?

@Digital_Imran try in a different browser, or with a clean browser cache, private browsing etc.
Also check shopifystatus.com for the specific store.
Check that stores owner email for any issue emails from shopify itself, including the spam folder.
Otherwise just try the shopify-cli or themekit to manage themes over the api.
