How many retail outlets (locations) can i have for one POS Grow plan?

According to Shopify’s official documentation, the number of locations you can have depends on your store’s subscription plan. For the Plan that includes POS (Retail, Basic, Grow, etc.), the location limits are as follows:

Starter: Up to 2 locations Shopify Help Center+1

Basic: Up to 10 locations Shopify Help Center+1

Grow (and other higher-tiers) also allow up to 10 locations, unless you are on Shopify Plus (which supports many more) Shopify Help Center+1
If by “POS Grow plan” you’re referring to Shopify’s Grow (online) plan + POS (in-person) usage, the cap for locations remains 10 active locations unless you upgrade to Shopify Plus.

With Shopify POS (point of sale) on the Shopify POS Pro / Grow plan, you have unlimited retail locations. The plan does not limit the number of real-world stores you can run. Every store can have its own stock, workers and reports, but they all sit under the same Shopify account.

Shopify Plus gives you unlimited locations, but once you manage multiple stores, a POS designed for multi-location retailers can work much better. ConnectPOS centralizes all stores while still allowing localized settings, inventory, and reports for each location. You can try their basic version and contact them for multi-store customization - ConnectPOS
