Old Prestige Theme Version "Text With Image" in product page

Hi everyone, I write this because I need to modify my old version of the prestige theme in order to add a “add block” section in the product page. Unfortunately the old version of prestige gives the possibility to add sections only in the homepage, but I need to add a “Text with Image” block in the product page. Can someone help me? i tried different codes under the Theme.css page but I wasn’t able to solve this problem. Thank you for your time and help!

Here are the photos i need to insert a “Image with text” straight under the product photo before the reccommended products or “add section” block in the overall product page. Here are photos.
