Hi,
I’m having some trouble with my online store loading. It seems to work fine on desktop and on mobile when connected to WiFi. But when I try to connect using data on my phone it comes up with ‘this site cannot provide a secure connection www. sent an invalid response’. Does anyone know what might be going on? I’ve tested it out on various devices and I know others trying to access the store have had the same experience. Any solutions?

This is most likely caused by a DNS issue in your domain settings. If the domain is new then the DNS may still be propagating (Takes up to 48 hours). That being said, I took a quick look at the domain using our tooling and it appears that the domain: http://www.winnowfarmseeds.co.uk is setup properly.
Can you provide a screenshot of your domain DNS settings though, happy to review them for any possible issues.

Thanks for those screenshots. I’m not seeing anything that would cause the error on our end, however it might be worth contacting GoDaddy as there may be some settings they can adjust on their end. For what its worth, I’m able to access the store without issue using both my wifi and my data!
