Order submission to other users for approval on shopify? - Approval flows

Hello, We are a B2B company selling to other large businesses. I’m looking for an app that allows me to create an approval flow for a group of users. For example: Client1, Client2, Client3 and Client1,2,3’s Manager are a part of a group. The group flow should work like this: Client 1, Client2, Client 3 creates order’s separately> Orders are sent to Client1,2,3’s Manager> Manager can approve, edit or deny the order> If order is approved, order is placed> we fulfill the order.

Just wondering if you found a solution?

I am trying to do something similar, where the B2B customer wants to allow their employees (lets call them subusers) to order under their account.

Ideally, we provide the sub user with a unique URL for their company, then they can order, checkout, and select to have it delivered to their office or home. ideally they register using their company email and they get approved to order by their employer (our b2b) customer.

Their employer (our B2B customer) would be able to deactivate accounts, view order history, finance info etc.

Been looking for something like this for a while without success.

Have you explored the solution(s) from https://apps.shopify.com/b2b-customer-portal-quick-order?ref=bss-commerce

Their apps might work, I have not seen anything else out there be honest.
