Organic vs Paid frequency

Have you found an optimal level frequency for organic posts per day, and paid ads per month?
Some businesses I have worked with do high volume up to 8 posts a day, others only 2…but gets growth once aligned with offline PR and influencer campaigns. Perhaps industry based. Thoughts?

For ads, we are getting good returns on ads running longer than a month, is it realistic to keep them running and just change ad sets/creative? I am concerned about the Meta drug and the cliff when they are turned off. Have you got good returns on Pinterest, or Linked In?
