Our Shopify backend is working very slowly

Hoping someone can help! Our Shopify backend is working very slowly. The front end website is loading fine for our customers but for me to work on the backend, editing products or navigation etc, it’s so slow for the last 5 days. It is not just in one location either so it’s not my internet (other websites etc are working fine).

I need to figure out what is slowing it down so much.

Hope you are doing well,

As per your concern regarding the slowness Shopify admin dashboard, I would suggest you change the browser once ( preferably Google Chrome ). You can also visit the supported browser list by Shopify. Additionally, try logging into the admin dashboard in Incognito Mode. Moreover, I would also suggest you try logging in through a different device.

Many of us have tried those options you suggest and still it gets slow over time. I’ve logged out and back in several times. Much of it is due to SideKick running very slow after long conversations. Shopify please fix this as we need to have this SideKick tool work faster. We need more people to like this post or similar posts so we can get this fixed soon. It is not our browser or computers.
