Owners of shops using the Dawn theme, what's your page speed score?

Hi,

I started building my shop about a month ago and recently finished everything up. I noticed that I’ve got a pretty bad page speed, on mobile at least. I’ve spent the last week trying to fix this and managed to get the score up from 60-ish to 67-ish on average (mobile). Using Googles Page Speed Insights to get the score, btw.

I’m guessing I need coding skills to really fix the problem, since it ain’t 3rd party apps that is the cause.

But my actual question is, out of curiosity, what page speed score do other Dawn users have? And maybe supply me with some basic tips to get the score up. I’ve been trying to minimize the footer as far as my coding skills go (not far), and of course optimized all images.

I have 57%. Lighthouse desktop I have 91%, mobile I have 38%. Mostly, this is due to the images I use. In mobile, this is mostly due to error in Shopify inbox. To answer your question, it really depends on the combination of apps and codes the store is using
