Packing slip alterations

We would like to alter the packing slip design with a few things:

  • reduce the line height of the product lines (we’ve removed the thumb nails but the line height stays the same, it’s like there’s an empty line between each productline)

  • make the font slightly bigger

  • Add a total of items ordered (this is the one we really would like to have!)

Could anyone help us please?

Hi @JackandJen You need to edit the CSS code and the HTML code of the packing slip template as without that you will not be able to edit it.

This link will help you to find the template: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/shipping/setting-up-and-managing-your-shipping/packages#edit-saved-package

and without looking into your packing slip format no one will be able to provide you the exact code.

If you will unable to implement the same then I’m happy to do this for you, let me know. I can implement the code changes so that this will work well for you.
