I’m looking for a unique way to represent many brands on the one site. Almost like a rolodex of sorts.
Are there any page builders out there with this type of theme?
Page builders by their very nature create blocky designs, creating something that specific may be possible in different ones IF you over invest time in learning it’s tricks.
Really, for something that specific your gonna need to have it custom made.
A starting point to DIY would be heavy research finding CSS tab based vertical UI’s/designs, searching in places like codepen.io etc
