Pages sharing sections issue - How to make each page independent?

I’m encountering an issue on Shopify where my pages are displaying the same sections. For instance, I have a page called ‘Start a return’ that I’ve customized with specific sections. However, when I created a new page called ‘Contact Us,’ it unexpectedly inherited all the sections from the ‘Start a return’ page. Consequently, any modifications or removals made on the ‘Contact Us’ page affect the ‘Start a return’ page as well.

I need assistance in resolving this problem and making each page entirely separate, allowing me to customize their sections independently. Could someone kindly guide me on how to remove this link between pages and ensure their complete separation?

Thank you for your response. However, I’m afraid I couldn’t follow your suggestion clearly. The issue I’m facing is that whenever I create a new page, it automatically displays the sections from other pages. Furthermore, if I attempt to delete those sections, they are also removed from the original pages.

In simple terms, I want to have separate sections for each page without any cross-linking or unintended modifications. Could you please provide more detailed instructions or an alternative solution to help me resolve this problem?
