PageUni Product Tabs – Product Tabs Delivered as Theme Sections

Hello friends of community,

I’d like to introduce our newly released product tabs app: PageUni Product Tabs.

This is our first app built on the idea of delivering store design apps to merchants as theme sections, with no subscription required.

With this app, merchants only need to purchase (we also offer free ones to install) the product tabs once. They can then install it into their theme, customize it directly in the theme editor, and use it for life.

The idea was inspired by the excellent Section Store App :saluting_face:. We realized that this section based approach not only brings value to merchants but also allows them to customize the app content without learning extra tools, following Shopify’s recommended approach—in short, “The Shopify Way”.

I like the approach of making the app a theme section with a one-time purchase — it’s very aligned with Shopify’s “Section Store” philosophy. Giving merchants the ability to customize directly in the theme editor without extra tools is a big usability win.

A few ideas you might consider:

  • Highlight compatibility with popular themes to reassure merchants it integrates smoothly.

  • Show a few real-life examples of customized tabs to inspire users.

Have you received any merchant feedback yet? Curious how they’re responding to the no-subscription model.

Thank you so much! I’m really glad you agree with the idea and delivery model of theme sections. I also truly appreciate your reply and suggestions, both points you mentioned are very inspiring for us :saluting_face:!

Our product has just launched, and we’re still in the early stage of collecting feedback. Once we’ve gathered enough valuable experience worth sharing, I’ll be sure to come back and post an update here!
