Parent Variants - quantities

Hiya!

We sell coffee bags and offer several variants of the same product - i.e. whole beans and different grind sizes.

We roast certain coffees only once a week, and therefore have a quantity we’d love to be able to track. Our grind options are set as different variants, and currently all variants are not set with tracked quantities. Since this is all technically coming from the same product, we would love to have the option to set a limit that would affect all varients of a single product.

Is there a way to make a ‘parent’ product - so we could put a quantity on fx ‘Light Roast’ and then customers could choose between different variants. Say they want 1 x whole bean and 1 x ground and that would make the quantity for ‘Light Roast’ go down by two. Is there an app we could use, or a setting already on Shopify we are unaware of?
