Thanks for your reply but i already talk to RBL bank but they are telling every thing is good & they are not able to see decline payment on statement. Every RBL bank is not decline the payment.
If agin payment decline then is their any otherway to pay the theme amount. I am asking because this is one time payment.

I am from India. I was linked credit card but it was unsucess then i linked UPI payment after that i was able to release payment and now i already paid. I must suggest to use another payment method
