I am really struggling to have a payment gateway to accept major debit cards in my store. every single payment process when I select OMAN as country they ask for some business number or business registered document.
right now all I have is paypal express,
please help

Based on the feedback you’ve received from some of the payment gateways you’ve been wanting to use, it may be a good idea to consult with local authority (like a local government office) regarding information on how to get a business number, or how to register your business with the proper authorities. It sounds like these payment gateways are requesting this information in order to make sure they can work with you and your busines!
We have a page here that you can access that shows a list of all available payment gateways for all countries! You can write your country’s name in the country box, and a list will be generated of all third party payment gateways you can consider using with your store if you’re located in Oman. Not helpful at all, most of the “list of all available payment gateways for all countries” filtered for Oman don’t actually have Oman in their list of countries

Oman is indeed a country where you can sell on Shopify from and is featured in the dropdown menu on the page mentioned by Imogen. I have posted a screenshot below:

Not all these providers work with me in Oman. However, there are around 6 of them that can work on Shopify.
I choose one, and it is asking me for commercial registration number.
If I choose another provider, Will it ask me for the commercial number ?
So no Payment Gateway support to Oman?
I have Oman Arab Bank Payment Gateway, and have a company registered with CR (Company Registration) Number too.

With this https://lnkd.in/diJN5YcB solution you can accept payments with all payment methods supported by your Stripe account and it also supports multi-currency.
