I’ve had my payments on hold for three weeks. I’ve engaged with support multiple times and am being told that it’s a simple review process. I’ve not been asked for any documentation from the review team. I’ve been a customer for many years. This is so frustrating - and you cannot call to speak with anyone. No live humans available. Has anyone else gone through this and do you know of any way to escalate? I’ve stopped my internal marketing until this has been resolved. It’s hurting my business and is beyond maddening.

I’ve had the same issue before — the “review” eventually cleared on its own after a few weeks. Sadly there’s no phone escalation, but keep following up via support chat/email and ask them to tag it as business-critical.
