First of all thank you for you time reading this.
I have an online store and our payouts currently are marked as pending, since the week one.
Can someone help us out?
We are using shopify payments and stripe transaction on the details on the payments descriptions seems to be ok.
The payouts are marked as daily withdrawn and the bank account is configured.

Just to confirm here, the payouts have never hit your bank account and the payouts have been stuck pending?
Did you happen to receive any communications via email or any banners on your Shopify admin regarding payout holds or anything of that nature?

No they never hit the bank. And no, that I am aware of we didn’t received any email.
