Hi there,
i have problem with the account and payments, that was stuck after the error and after 16 Jan 2025 was an error with a withdrawal of funds of 1.11 Euro. And i’ve tried to change to a new bank account several times already, but nothing helps.

All the information and problems I described already in the ticket 56629039. I was promised to get a response to my mail on monday or tuesday - 14-15 Apr. But so far there has been no response.
Its just ridiculous that I am stuck with my 4700 EUR on hold because of 1.11 EUR charge error. And the problem is definitely not my bank accounts, since they’ve been working properly

I’ve been waiting for a response from support 3 weeks, I still haven’t gotten a reply to my email.
I don’t understand how long I need to wait for an answer to the mail about the solution of my problem, I don’t understand what I should do now, i don’t even have a button Retry Payment.
I am tired of these useless ‘escalations’ and ‘as soon as possible’ which bring me nowhere
At the moment our shop is still open and we continue to send goods.
I don’t want to close my store because of it.

You are in the right place by reaching out to Shopify support team that has a better view of your account. I highly suggest that you reach out to your bank account as well to check if there are any restrictions in your bank account that is being used. Otherwise, wait for a follow up email from Shopify regarding this. Account issues like this will take time to be resolved depending on their queue as per experience but, it should be all good if everything is okay and verified.
