Payouts back on hold after telling me Iv passed review

So I passed standard review and got told payout will be on the 2nd of November now I’m back under review and out of pocket no one helping me at all I’m trying my hardest to stay positive but I’m actually panicking about my business future due to delays payouts please help me

I understand that your store has previously passed a standard Shopify Payments review, but you have noticed that there is another review on your store and are panicking about delays to your payouts.

I totally get why you would be feeling this way, and I am sure I would be too if I was in the same situation. Having to deal with reviews like this and not being sure about your payouts is certainly less than ideal.

With that said, sometimes Shopify Payments verification reviews are required by our banking partners, and are a necessary step when using Shopify Payments. Most of the time they are routine and normal procedures, simply requiring you to submit verification documents and then they are completed within a few days. However, depending on your circumstances they can sometimes take longer.

Are you seeing any banners or warnings in your Shopify admin about required documents? If so, you can click the Submit button and upload them. You may have also received an email from one of our teams with more information - if so, you can reply directly to that email.

If you are unable to upload any documents to your admin and have not received any correspondence from us with regards to this, then I would recommend reaching out to our support team using this link here. That way, we can authenticate you on the store and make sure all looks OK and that the issue is being looked into.

Thanks for getting back to let me know that there are no requests to submit documents, and it just appears to be a hold.

Have you received any emails from us in relation to the Shopify Payments hold? If so, then that will be the best place to secure more information - you can reply directly to it and it will put you in touch with the team.

However, if you have not received anything yet and the payouts are still on hold, then as I mentioned previously you should reach out to our support team using this link here. One of our support advisors can authenticate you as the account owner and double check that the team handling this has everything that they need.
