my payouts have been paused for over a month now because it won’t let me verify my identity. Every time i click verify identity nothing happens and when i try contacting support they always say my situation will be escalated quickly but then nothing happens at all
Yup, sounds about right, for whatever reason the wheels have fallen off the wagon and no one at shopify is paying attention
