Since December anyone who has paid via PayPal on my site their payment is pending and never comes through. I have had to email or text after a week and ask them to either pay over the phone or via bank deposit….. anyone else have this issue? Nothing has changed with my PayPal account and all looks active and happy within shopify but I simply don’t get the money only unhappy customers that I’m not posting till I get money only my account.

PayPal account settings: Sometimes pending payments happen if your account needs to verify a new bank account or accept new PayPal terms.
