Hi everyone,
I no longer have access to the bank account used to set up my account which my current pending payout is scheduled to be deposited into. I’ve already updated my banking information in Shopify, but the interface message said the pending payout will still go to the old (now closed) account.
Has anyone experienced this before? What happens to the funds if the bank rejects the deposit? Will Shopify reissue the payout to my new account once it bounces back?
I have already contacted support and the help center assistant yet I’m not getting a straight answer.
