We received a number of customer inquiries about missing the local pick-up notification.
At first, we thought it was because of the subscription products by recharge - they have a different naming in defining the local pick-up option.
But we soon realized the same issues are found with all other products.
Possible reason:
We have changed to Sendcloud for the fulfillment process.
How could we find the solution of the missing notifications/ emails to the local pick up.
