Pinterest Merchant Approval Issue

Pinterest Reject Our Store citing issues in the screeshot. However, we are strictly following their guidelines which are here: https://policy.pinterest.com/en/merchant-guidelines and we also have a clear Returns Policy Page. Can’t seems to figure out what’s missing. Need help!

Hi, I’m new to the community and I am having the same problem as you. Pinterest, after being a verified merchant for years has decided to remove it from my shop stating that my return policies are not clear. I am presently incorporating them in each listing but not sure if that is what they want. This would be my second appeal and want to make sure-did you solve your problem and, if so, can you tell me how?

We managed to solve the issue by making a few changes on the store. I am listing them for you:

1, Added links to the Shipping, Return and Privacy Policies in the Footer. In each of these policy pages we added clickable Email address and Mobile Number.

  1. Updated About Us Page and Contact Us Page to have Clickable Email address and Mobile Number.

I am currently having this problem and only allowed one more request for review. did you ever resolve the problem?

You can try the solution I mentioned above. After that, you can approach Pinterest Support via this URL: https://help.pinterest.com/en/contact?current_page=about_you_page&appeals=rejection_appeal&page=about_you_page and ask them to take a look. This way, you will not exhaust the request quota and you review will be done too.
