Placing announcement bar from Section Store above mobile header from Theme Forge

Hi can anyone help me out. I recently bought the new theme Forge. I made a announcement bar from the app section store that fits perfectly for desktop use. But when i switch to mobile view, the announcement bar is below the mobile header. I don’t know how to solve this. Please help me
