Please help me to remove the awkward white line on top of the footer - dawn theme used

I need your help please.

I have a very awkward white line that you can see below on my footer. I tried a few things but I cannot get rid of it.

Here is the code for the Footer Bottom.css file - can you please check it?

Follow these steps:

1. Go to Online Store → Theme → Edit code

2. Open your theme.css file and paste the following code at the bottom:

#instafeed {
    display: none;
}

Please go to Actions > Edit code > Assets > theme.css file and paste this at the bottom of the file:

Step 2: From the left menu > Theme settings > Open Custom CSS: https://prnt.sc/ypQ7nly2wv27
Step 3: Copy the code below and paste it there

Here is the code for step 3:

footer.site-footer-wrapper {
    margin-bottom: -30px !important;
    margin-top: -35px !important;
}
