Please help - new website disappeared at the back

Hi, So I will be as brief as possible.

I set up with shopify and set my website up, we have received two orders and were still improving it but it was working.

I logged out of my login and went to relog in. (reason being some of customers have had some problem with loading the site- so I wanted to check)

Now when I went back to log in its asking me to create a shop, like my store is not there at all! when I search for the website it comes up to see. but my store is not there at the back!?!

It sounds like you may be selecting ‘free trial’ instead of login. Or, you could be inputting the incorrect .myshopify.com URL.

To make sure you are inputting the URL correctly, input your email into our Recovery Page. The system will then email you all store’s associated with that email address.

I hope that helps! Once you regain access, make sure to utilize our Launch Checklist to ensure you have completed all of the necessary steps to launching a successful store.

so how should i go about login

I received a response from the recovery page and it says

my website is still up - how is this possible , I am so confused, I had done all the checklists

It sounds like the most likely cause of this is an error when you originally added you email address. For example, instead of email@gmail.com you used email@gnail.com.

To resolve this you will need to speak with our live team via one of our authenticated channels so we can assist you with recovering the store. Please head to our Help Center and select Contact Shopify Support > I can’t login to my account > I still can’t login to my account > live chat.
