Hi everyone, we are trying to connect Plentymarkets with Shopify. We used the plug-in documentation as a basis for this. According to the setup and testing of the interface, everything should work. Test jobs are easily transferred from Shopify to Plenty. Only the inventory and the prices are not updated on the Shopify side. We only want to use the plug-in for order import and for stocks and prices. We have stored all the information required for a transfer on the item. As a connection between Shopify and Plentymarkets we created a private app and we use the SKU - example: SKU: MF103-001 - here the stock and the price are simply not updated. What are we doing wrong?
What platform did you create the private app on? and did you use their API to create this private app connector? Would love to learn more details, I might be able to help you
