Poor visual stability

Hi I need help with my stores visual stability it’s poor. A few days ago I added judge.me app and others but removed trustedsite app and it’s still poor and I’m wondering if this is the reason I’m not getting any sales. Can someone please help me my site is JACEMORE-LLC.COM I would appreciate any help. Thank you

Thanks for your query.

If you are not technical enough to design and develop your store it would be better to hire someone…

To decide your store design you check the e-commerce template from envato elements or themeforest. Choose any design then you can assign someone to create a store according to your design and do some modification.

Feel free to ask if you have any questions.

Thanks

Hey @JACEMORELLC ,

Since you’ve recently added and removed some apps, it’s possible that leftover code or scripts are affecting your store’s layout. Sometimes, even after uninstalling an app, certain scripts remain and impact performance.

Here’s what I’d recommend checking:

  • Theme Customizations & Apps – If you’ve customized your theme or used apps that modify content dynamically, they might be causing unexpected layout shifts.
  • Image & Font Loading – Ensure all images have defined width and height attributes and that any custom fonts aren’t causing delays in rendering.
  • Residual Code from Removed Apps – Some apps don’t fully remove their scripts after uninstallation. A quick check in your theme’s code (especially in theme.liquid and Sections/ folder) can help identify any lingering scripts.

Given our 7+ years of experience working with Shopify stores, we’ve seen how these issues can impact conversions. Fixing visual stability can certainly help, but if sales are a concern, it’s worth also reviewing product-market fit, traffic quality, and conversion rate optimizations.

If you’d like, we can take a quick look at your store and provide insights on what might be causing this. Let us know how you’d like to proceed!
