Ok, i need to put in different release-dates, can this app do this as well?

There are a few options for pre-order apps - the best one for you depends on your requirements.
I run a pre-order app Early Bird which lets you set up pre-order campaigns for different products (or even variants), so you can set different fulfillment dates, offer custom discounts, capture partial payments and schedule your pre-orders. We also have Back in Stock notifications which can auto-send to your customers when you restock.
