I appreciate that you have included your online store URL, as that is very helpful! In order to make this change on the online store, we will need to make a change of coding in order to have the links display a different color on hover to your customers. Looking into the Prestige theme, I noticed that this is a third-party theme that is designed and supported by Maestrooo.
Since the theme is not directly developed by Shopify, we are a bit unfamiliar with the style of code that is being used within the theme. With that being said, it may be best to direct this inquiry to the developers of the theme as they would be in the best position to assist you further. They should be able to provide you with additional support and insight to making this change on your online store.
