Pricing

Topic summary

A user is experiencing an issue where product variants with different prices in Shopify’s backend all display the same price (£18.00) on the storefront, despite being correctly configured with distinct prices (£18.00, £25.00, and £38.00).

The Problem:

  • Variant pricing is set correctly in Shopify admin
  • All variants display only the first variant’s price on the website
  • This creates an unprofessional appearance for the store

Current Status:
Two community members have responded offering to help troubleshoot the issue. Both are requesting the store URL (and password if applicable) to examine the theme code, suggesting this is likely a theme-level coding issue rather than a Shopify settings problem. The discussion remains open and awaiting the store details to proceed with diagnosis.

When i add different variants to my product with the different pricing, for some reason when selecting the different variant on the web page they all stay at one price.

I have checked that all the prices are different which each variant on the shopify which they are.

example.

Variant one - £18.00 on shopify - £18.00 on web page

Variant two - £25.00 on shopify - £18.00 on web page

Variant three - £38.00 on shopify - £18.00 on web page

I hope some can help, as this looks very unprofessional on our website.

thank you.
