I have a Shopify Plus client who operates a B2C store selling worldwide, and a B2B store with a catalog featuring specific B2B pricing.
It turns out that for some B2B and B2C clients in certain countries that are not subject to VAT, customers are still being charged VAT at the end of the checkout process. How can I ensure that B2B and B2C clients from these countries are not charged VAT?
Additionally, there are different VAT rates for certain countries or regions. Is this automatically adjusted based on the shipping destination?
What are the necessary settings to apply?
Is it possible to charge only tax-excluded prices (HT) for B2B customers via the B2B catalog, since prices in the catalog are currently displayed including tax (TTC), as the settings apply to the entire store?
