Product Description words ineligible and tiny

Hi,

Some of my product descriptions are having the font set to be really tiny, wrong font style and unable to change. This does not happen for all products, here is an example: https://www.dogue.com.au/products/gingham-dog-harness?_pos=3&_sid=627295f8c&_ss=r

Going into the product descriptions, I am unable to set the fonts to any larger (they say H1 or paragraph which is obviously incorrect) or change the style of font unless they are dot pointed.

Please could I have some advice on how to correct this issue.
