I’ve got a Product update webhook set up, api version 2020-01, and it doesn’t seem to be getting triggered when I change prices and compare_at_prices. It looks like if I change a price, I also have to change a tag to trigger the update.

I just ran a quick test and saw a products/update fire on a price update - were you able to resolve?
I do have the same issue.
Changing the price of a variant does not trigger the product updated webhook. API Version 2021-07. The test event arrives at my desired destination therefore that is not the issue.
