You have to remove the truncate filter from your theme files in your product title code then it should appear completely. Let me know if you require detailed help regarding this.

How can I find it?

It should be somewhere in your collection.liquid file or either a file called product-card.liquid. If you still can’t find it then feel free to share your collaborator request code in my private messages then I can help you out!
