The products I am selling weigh over the maximum limit that all conventional delivery companies working with Shopify will accept, is there any other companies I can work with that will deliver my products?
FYI: we produce and sell carports, awnings and terraces made of laminated wood, so we talk about at least 500 kg for the lightest product

Numerous shipping companies specialize in handling shipments exceeding 150 pounds. I recommend exploring local LTL freight companies in your area.
Could you maybe devide the products and package them in few cartoon boxes? We’ve helped many Eauropean business with similar problems and most of the time, packaging strategy was improved to overcome these challenges.
Also worth to mention, it also was pretty sustainable as our clients reused cartboard that we were able to supply to them.
