I have a production time of 3 business days for my order, all items are handmade, how do I change the production time and estimated delivery times?

In addition to the suggestions above, I recommend creating very clear production expectations for your customers in at least 2 out of these 3 places.
Storefront banner - This can be done on most themes as well as through the use of an app.
Shipping policy page - This is the page most customers will look for when trying to determine the whereabouts of their orders. It’s a good place to add your production timelines and shipping expectations.
Product description page - Chances are you customers won’t miss the memo if you make sure to add it to your product page as well. There are also apps available to add widgets to your product pages -check out these options.
