Our vendor pages are not displaying any products at all…
https://usboatandrv.com/collections/vendors?q=Simrad
This product should appear under the vendor page since it’s assigned to that vendor:
https://usboatandrv.com/collections/marine/products/simrad-nse-nss-video-data-cable-6-5
I don’t know if a shopify app is affecting this or not.
I hope someone can help identify the problem and possibly point us how to fix it?
Hi @Michael125
In this case I think the collection vendors is not exits on your theme.
Now how do you check if vendors collection really doesn’t exist in our store?
I tried to create a collection with name “vendors” and shopify says you can’t create such ..
Title can’t be any of the following reserved words: “vendors, types”
Hello @Michael125
When you filter, the url needs a collection handler and the path is already encoded, for example:
https://usboatandrv.com/collections/marine?narrow=%5B%5B%22Brand%22%2C%22Whitecap%22%5D%5D
so I think the link you mentioned above is wrong.
You can double check filter from Collection Pages:
I hope the above is useful to you.

HI @Michael125
In this case shopify does not allowed add the collection with name: vendors, types, so you should add a filter type with vendors.
