I’m currently using loox. All of my reviews currently are from aliexpress and I use loox to import them.
However, the names always come out as jo****n or as J.S. When I look at some of my competitors, they have full names in their reviews and it just looks so much more professional. Is their a better cheap or free app than loox to make my review section look trustworthy and professional?

Out-of-the-box all reviews submitted directly to Loox will display the reviewer’s full first name and the first letter of the last name.
However, AliExpress protects their customers’ privacy by either censoring their name with stars (as you’ve mentioned) or anonymizing the review by replacing the name with “Shopper”.
You can change this to display initials by changing the name format in your Loox settings:

Since this is how AliExpress saves their customers’ names and Loox does not support editing reviews, reviewer names cannot be changed.

In terms of importing reviews, you can import from AliExpress. For the naming, by default, we will show whatever is returned by AliExpress. But, if you don’t like the naming, I can work with you to change the names as you wish. Just, we don’t change the content and star rating to keep the authenticity of the reviews.
