Almost a decade on Shopify and I have seen so many improvements. Kudos team!
Something I would like to add that is super simple yet extremely helpful to shop owners. That is, in a customer’s order - highlighting a product with 2 or more quantity he/she purchased.
For shop owners, when we have too many products in a single order, we looked to the left side of what are the products and pack whatever listed but missed seeing the quantity that is written on the right side. We have several times packed 1 qty when customer ordered 2 qty. Simply by highlighting the entire box of a product with 2 or more quantity sold in the order page would greatly prevent such cases.
We are pretty sure we are not the sold business that experience such scenarios.
