I am writing to address one of the issues that I came across and it is that my store is not able to function properly due to the quantity selector not working.
What I am referring here to, is that when I try to increase or decrease the value of units or products I want to buy, it just redirects me to the top of the page.
This button is useless as of the current state, I think that it has something to do with a line of code that I found inside the theme editor, please check it out.
I am pretty certain that it is the correct destination where we can investigate this issue further:

The code you sent is an html, if it needs to work you need to add JS for it. If you don’t add JS, it will catch the “#” click event of a tag, so it will go to the top of the page.
You can refer the code of Dawn theme, it will work fine.
