Quick add to cart on hover - collection page

I am looking to either add an app or custom code to enable customers to quickly add to cart on hover. The functionality would ideally be identical to this websites example: https://www.outdoorvoices.com/collections/w-new-arrivals?genderFilter=Women

I am using the district theme and don’t want a fixed button on the site, any help would be appreciated.

We can create quick shop functionality like the reference website by creating a custom section in code. It’s a complex functionality so we suggest hiring a developer.
