  • Treating these as scam attempts—never clicking links or replying to such emails
  • Using email spam filters and blocking senders
  • Requiring visitor registration/login before allowing contact form access

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice. I’ve been dealing with a high volume of unwanted marketing and SEO messages via my website. The issue is that the people contacting me are persistent and continue to offer unsolicited critiques of my store after I’ve said no. Has anyone else experienced this, and what steps did you take to manage it

Try to activate some security options on the contact us form like capthca.

Those are scammers 100%. Never ever ever EVER click on any link or reply to those emails. They are like cockroaches. Report spam and block.
