ReCharge Subscription Discount Code - Bad Request/Unexpected Error

Because ReCharge does not provide free shipping option by default, I must create a free shipping code for my subscriptions. However, I am experiencing bad requests or unexpected errors when charging some of these subscriptions, while others work perfectly. Contacted ReCharge support; it appears that once a subscription is edited, it does not refresh automatically from their back end, and I must manually send it to ReCharge to request it due to the discount code created. Is anyone else having this problem, and is there a Recharge developer team I can contact in this forum?

Good news is that is not that difficult to create a document and send it to Recharge so their team can update your products if the option above doesn’t work.
You should download the CSV file from Recharge platform - update the document. Here are the instructions:
