Hi there Niraj @niraj96 I think your best approach now would be to get in touch with Shopify customer support and provide all the details associated with your complaint. You should also try sending the seller direct emails in the meantime.

Welcome to the community and welcome to the world of scam stores. You can try with shopify, but I doubt this is an “honest mistake”. That is a known tactic of scammers, until you receive package, they can get allthe orders they need and just close this on open a new store.

The first thing I advise is that you contact your bank straight away and try to stop the transaction. Next, contact sHopify and report the merchant so it cannot scam any more people. You can go to

and choose Issue with the order or even Fraud.

Because this does sound like a clear fraud. The domain is just 15 days old, basic theme and setup. No return policy, and no contact details. Not sure how you can buy from a complete stranger with no contact info. I bet there was some ads on TickTok or Instagram that offers great discounts. And that discount is another, maybe the biggest red flag. If you see a discount of 66% on everything and that price is at least 50% smaller then other shops, then it is like they say “too good to be true” and just a scam.

You could maybe ask a post or delivery company for sender’s address and take legal actions but I doubt it can change anything.
