Recommendations for In-Cart Upsell app that allows additional items to be added at a discount?

Hi all,

I’ve been digging through upsell/funnel apps with little luck, but I think what I’m looking for is pretty simple.

I sell tee shirts for $27, I’m looking for an app that offers the customer this upsell when they add a tee shirt to their cart: “Add any other tee shirt in our catalog to your cart for only $19.”

Most apps require the product (or very limited number of products) to be predetermined, but I want the customer to be able to choose for themselves.

Can’t seem to find any app that allows this.

Any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
