I am looking for a Shopify app whereby customers can “thumbs up” and “thumbs down” individual products and these preferences are recorded within their customer account. I want to then be able to pull reports per customer and also per product to understand what customers like and don’t like. However, I don’t want these “thumbs up” and “thumbs down” to be recorded publically on the products - they are preferences recorded for the customer and my reporting only.
Does anyone know of an an app that would meet my requirements?
The app places a form on your store where customers can select and subscribe to the product tags that they are interested in. When a new product with that tag is added to your store, an email will be sent to all the customers that subscribed to that product tag. In the app’s dashboard, you will be able to see an overview of all the customers that have subscribed and their preferences.
